BAD AND THE BETTER to Feature Themed Nights in July

The Amoralists, currently presenting their critically acclaimed World Premiere of Derek Ahonen's THE BAD AND THE BETTER directed by Obie Award winner Daniel Aukin, are announcing a series of themed events starting tonight in line with the group's wild and raucous aesthetic. The group invites audience members to partake in both pre and post show hijinks with the cast and crew during their upcoming Ice Luge Thirsty Thursdays, Mustache Mondays, Takeover Twosday and Moretti Matinees.

The hardworking downtown theater company began its uptown 6-week Off-Broadway run on June 14 at The Peter Jay Sharp Theater (416 West 42 Street) in New York City. Performances continue through July 21, running on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30pm, and Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm. Ice Luge Thirsty Thursdays on July 5, 12 and 19. Come luge with The Amoralists at the first ever ice luge installed in a theater lobby! Drink specials available.

Mustache Mondays on July 9 and 16. To honor the fine men in the cast with gnarly mustaches all audience members will receive a fake mustache. Any audience member with a real mustache receives a drink on the house.

Takeover Twosday on July 10. 2-for-1 tickets are available for the general public with the special code "TWOSDAY". After the show, follow The Amoralists to the Bull Moose Saloon (354 West 44th St.) to take over the bar, and potentially, take an Amoralist home for the night. There'll be $3 draft and $6 whiskey drink specials all night.
