Gallery Players Presents THE 2nd ANNUAL GALLERY PARTY 9/26

The Gallery Players is throwing The Gallery Party! Join Brooklyn's award-winning Off-Off Broadway Theatre in an evening that celebrates 45 seasons and features performances by The Gallery Players' finest alumni, an open bar, light fare courtesy of some of Park Slope's best restaurants, raffle prizes and giveaways. The Gallery Party takes place at the company's Park Slope home on Monday September 26th starting at 7:30 pm.

The entertainment portion of The Gallery Party is hosted by Craig Treubert (‘Man in Chair,' TGP's 7-time 2011 NYITAward nominated The Drowsy Chaperone) and directed by Tom Wojtunik (TGP: Take Me Out, Urinetown!; Artistic Director: Astoria Performing Arts Center).

The Gallery Party features performers of the caliber you have come to expect from The Gallery Players, including: River Alexander (TGP: Oliver!, OFF B'WAY: Bloody, Bloody Andrew Jackson; NAT'L TOUR: Billy Elliot), Robert Anthony Jones (TGP: The Drowsy Chaperone; 101 Dalmations, dir. Jerry Zaks), FredeRick Hamilton (TGP: The Mystery of Edwin Drood, NAT'L TOUR: Camelot, Beauty & the Beast), Alison Luff (TGP: Like You Like It, NAT'L TOUR: Mamma Mia) Jan-Peter Pedross (Man of La Mancha, Urinetown!), Jennifer McCabe (Urinetown!), Rhyn McLemore (Violet), Nathan Johnson (Like You Like It), Daniel Henri Luttway (The Who's Tommy), Marcie Henderson (Caroline, or Change), Jaygee Macapugay (TGP: Reefer Madness; Imelda, Pan Asian Rep) and Lorinne Lampert (The Drowsy Chaperone). Guests will also get a sneak peek performance from cast members from TGP's upcoming Little Shop of Horrors (opening October 22nd). The musical director is Brandon Sturiale (TGP: Reefer Madness; OFF B'WAY: Marvelous Wonderettes; NAT'L TOUR: Urban Cowboy and Gypsy).

Supporter Tickets to The Gallery Party are $50. VIP supporter tickets are $100 and include a special gift bag. Gallery Players Alumni tickets are $35. Guests of The Gallery Party will also have the opportunity to experience a special backstage tour and have a chance to win Broadway and other theater tickets, Concert tickets, gift certificates to some of the neighborhood's businesses, and more!
