Shortened Attention Span Presents A frightening festival of short plays by some of New York's most disturbing artists. Get ready for Halloween this October by joining us for this year's: "2010 Horror Festival"

October 7th- October 24th
Thursday at 8:00, Fridays and Saturdays at 9:00, Sundays at 3:00

ABOUT "Shortened Attention Span"

Shortened Attention Span was founded in 2007 as a means to give up-and-coming writers an affordable and professional means to have their work produced. Since its inception SAS has produced 10 Festivals and 5 full plays and musicals. Visit www.ShortenedAttentionSpan.com


ABOUT the "2010 Horror Festival"

For three weekends in October the Horror Festival brings an array of haunting short plays. Each weekend hosts a New Group of performances. Come all three weeks to see all 15 PLAYS in this year's festival!

This years festival features an all-star cast including the Boogie-man, the Devil and the Ghost of comedian George Carlin himself. Join us on week 3 as we finish off the "2010 Horror Festival" with an interactive Zombie Prom!

Week 1 presents:
• Lizzy Bugs Boogie: written by John DiBenedetto
A Little Girl Turns the tables on the Boogie Man

• GreyHound: written by Will Snider
A teenage girl tries to stop her friend running away from home to visit an internet boyfriend.

• Visitation Rites: written by Jerome Schwartz
A Couple are invited to a "reunion" with the Children they abandoned 25 years ago. The Kids are NOT all right

• Love Stinks: written by Jim Boyett

• A Cougars Tale: written by Adriana Spencer & Erin E McGruff
A Cougar walks into a bar; she spots her prey. Little does he know what she really means by a "good piece of meat"

Week 2 presents:
• Bye, George: written by Charles Messina
The Ghost of Comedian, Curmudgeon and all-around Critical Thinker George Carlin
returns, ever-so-briefly,

• See Saw Kill: written by Michael Bradley Block
Gabe and Julian have relationship issues. Buzz has daddy issues. How do they fix them? Well a Saw Trap of course!

• Lonesome Devil: written byBen Lewis
When a Hip NYC gal seeks shelter from the storm with a conservative small town family, cultures collide in Blood and horror.

• TMZ: Too Many Zombies: written by Jamie King
In a not-too-distant future, society trembles in the grip of two crippling plagues: the zombie apocalypse...and reality television

• Devil and The Cleaner: written by Robert LoManto
The Devil comes to collect the soul of a Killer. Will he get what was promised?

• Lady and The Vamp: written by Stacy Davidowitz
Lady and the Vamp unearths the terrifying nature of auditions-- what happens when you've done your homework and still make all the wrong choices and when you are forced to choose between your moral standing and the acting job that will pay your rent for the next year.

Week 3 presents:
• Curiosity: written by Mim Granahan
Welcome to the strangest tea party since Alice and The Mad Hatter.

• Wolf Manhood: written by David Williams
Newly-dating, Lon and Evelyn have to face Lon's dark secret when the moon is full. Evelyn had no idea about Lon's hidden past; Lon may not be so sure either.

• Death(Match.com): written by Erin Moughon
Having no luck in real life, Sally decided to start dating online. At [death]match.com, just by pressing a delete key, she can eliminate the creeps and losers. Literally.

• Prom Night of The Living Dead: written by Anna Grace and Kris Chung
An interactive horror theatre event equal parts George Romero and John Hughes. Come join Glendale High at their senior prom! Drink some punch. Do the Hokey Pokey. Eat your date's brains.
