Since those shows are so different in musical style, you need to sing something that shows your personality. What roles are you going for and how many bars do you have to sing?

16 bars and preferably aiming towards Grease. Maybe Danny or Kenickie.

Maybe try something from Bye Bye Birdie? If you were only auditioning for Grease, I'd suggest something by Elvis (ie from All Shook Up), but that wouldn't be appropriate for the other shows.
A few years ago, there was a reality show called something like "You're the One that We Want" that was used to find the leads in the last revival of Grease. Try checking out performances on that on YouTube and see if any of the guys sang something that would be appropriate for the other shows.
